With over 25 years experience at global CTO level for large digital agencies, Matt has delivered projects in the field of global enterprise CMS, eCommerce, data, composable/MACH architectures, Internet of things, Augmented/Virtual reality, and Artificial Intelligence.

As founder of OutcomePath he rapidly unlocks the art of the possible by creating PoCs that validate product, and technology opportunities.

He likes driving fast cars and playing with swords. But not at the same time.

Kate is our delivery lead.

A seasoned operator with a track record of success, Kate brings over 15 years’ experience and training gained through roles at Big 4 Consultancies (Deloitte, KPMG), client-side (HSBC, RBS) and agency-side (WPP, Accenture, independents). She’s delivered programmes and projects across Europe, the Americas, Asia, Middle East, and Africa, with clients including M&G, Confederation of British Industry (CBI), BT, Nestlé, DWP and the United Nations.

Her passions are surfing, going to gigs and delivering engaging digital products, in that order.

Chris is Golazo's founder and CEO.

He operates as a ‘fractional’ CMO for key clients, devising growth strategies and building teams that deliver.

Chris has deep experience of running high growth businesses in the sports, culture, brands and technology sectors. His roles have included Head of Marketing, Head of Digital, Head of Communications and Head of Partnerships, both in-house and in agencies, making him highly skilled across the full marketing mix.

He has resigned himself to Burnley's inevitable relegation from the Premier League. There is nothing he can do about it.

He has 20 years of experience leading data and insight for global brands, agencies and consultancies and is the founder of Human Theory and Datanomics.

He was an early adopter of AI and machine learning and has been creating innovative new insights solutions for clients using both for over 8 years.

He refuses to listen to any music created outside of the 90s in Seattle.

Shaan is our ventures lead.

He is an entrepreneurial, strategic and multi-disciplined founder, CEO and board executive with over 25 years experience in a diverse range of industries. From agriculture to cannabis, FMCG to technology, hospitality to sustainability.

He has highly effective commercial, operational, and technical abilities. An expert in defining and executing strategy, opening new markets, and delivering sustainable growth for all stakeholders.

He is frequently found in friends’ kitchens persuading them to be more imaginative with the contents of the fridge.

Andrew is our motion design specialist.

Drawing upon a wealth of in-house experience in the gaming and gambling spheres, Andrew creates dynamic visual assets that drive customer engagement, acquisition and retention.

Andrew works across a vast array of design media but specialises in motion graphics productions that translate complicated concepts into simple stories with visual impact.

From his mountain retreat outside Madrid, Andrew defeats all comers at Destiny 2 - breaking occasionally to play his guitars and cook Bolognese.

Rory is our events and experiential lead.

He has spent three decades producing epic events and eye-catching activations for brands ranging from McDonald’s, Nike and Microsoft to Hendrick’s Gin, Monkey Shoulder and Kraken Rum.

Rory thrives on developing strong event narratives that put smiles on faces and messages in the memory box. He’s also the brains behind Fringe By The Sea, recently named “Best Cultural Event” by Visit Scotland.

He recently bought a pub. He’ll try anything once, especially if it’s been shaken or stirred.

Alex is our broadcast media specialist.

He has over 25 years’ experience in the television industry, working across a comprehensive range of programming including factual, entertainment, corporate, promos and live sports.

With a foundation in live broadcasting, Alex has considerable experience in producing, directing, script writing and editing. Credits include BBC, ITV, ITN, Sky Sports as well as countless independent production companies.

Alex would like us to point out that he’s friendlier than his photo implies.

Michelle is our gaming and licensing specialist.

She brings over 15 years building innovative alliances and new revenue opportunities at the intersection of tech and entertainment.

Honoured as one of the '40 under 40 Influentials' by License Global Magazine in 2018, she champions inclusivity in the tech world as a 'Women in Games’ Ambassador. Michelle has worked on high value licensing and strategic partnerships deals around the most recognisable IP in the gaming, media, automobile, sports and fashion industries.

She is currently planning to escape Madrid's soaring summer temperatures by embarking on a family world tour of the far north.

With experience across agencies, in-house, startups and multinationals, she’s adept at navigating multiple points of view to develop a singular, differentiated brand voice.

She can come in at the earliest stage to help name, define and articulate a new business idea and its positioning. For established brands she delivers a full range of copy - from thought leadership to SEO.

Jonathan is our web3 and blockchain specialist and man on the ground in the US.

He's a 'degen' who knows how to build and scale marketing programmes that deliver deep community engagement across web3, gaming, and tech.

Jonathan was an early adopter in the blockchain space and has been running marketing and community for web3 startups full-time for several years. High profile projects have included NFL Rivals at Mythical Games and on Pirate Nation at Proof of Play.

He's a proud Brooklyn resident and stage-diver.

Eddie is our sports marketing specialist.

He has almost 30 years of experience running agencies and leading the marketing function for major sports brands and sponsors. Eddie has been responsible for major product launches and sponsorship strategies in the UK and across Europe.

He now focuses on helping brands in sport to reach and resonate with their audiences through smart strategy, positioning, brand voice and copywriting.

He has been described as a glory-hunting Derby County fan that plays golf in a comically inconsistent way.

Hedvig is our sustainability lead.

With over 18 years of global experience in sustainability communications, Hedvig has worked with some of the world’s leading impact brands on ESG strategy development and reporting, cross-sector collaborations and thought-leadership programs.

Having lived and worked across Europe, Asia and Africa, Hedvig has spearheaded several innovative solutions in localisation of ESG strategies, designed employee and community engagement programs, and facilitated workshops and training sessions for C-suites, entrepreneurs and media.

She loves free diving and climbing volcanos almost as much as she loves champagne. Almost.

Mikael is our B Corp and impact certification specialist.

He brings to the table a comprehensive understanding of the three ESG pillars, along with first-hand experience in SDG alignment and life cycle analysis (LCA).

Mikael coaches businesses to achieve B Corp status using impact assessments, theory of change exercises, and assessment frameworks to align day-to-day operations with company mission.

Having relocated from Helsinki to Croatia, Mikael can't get enough of sunshine, good food, hiking the coastal mountains and playing Fantasy Premier League.

Ashley is our content specialist and media consultant

He is an authority on the current state of the media, and how technologies like AI and Web 3.0 will shape its future. He had advised companies on everything from attitudes toward the creator economy to the ongoing changes in cookie-based advertising.

With a background in both journalism and public relations, Ashley is also a content marketing specialist and has advised and created content strategies for everyone from small tech startups to global banking giants.

His understanding of the latest trends in media have helped numerous companies to optimise their use of content to reach their target audience.

Ashley was at his happiest 75 minutes into the 2006 Champions League final.

Connie is our immersive experiences lead.

She has been creating trailblazing immersive experiences since 2005. She spent five years as a director at pioneering immersive theatre company Punchdrunk, "Hands down the best immersive company in the world" according to Time Out.

Connie also co-founded Layed Reality, the makers of Somnai and Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds.

Her production company 55E5 combines multi-sensory storytelling with emerging technologies to transport audiences to new worlds.

George is our creative behavioural scientist.

He earned an MSc in behavioural science from LSE in 2020, and combines the knowledge he gained there with 15 years' experience in creative agencies as a strategist, copywriter, trainer, and business director.

George is obsessed with the idea of 'effective creativity', and draws on scientific research and emotive design to lead creative work that wins hearts, minds, awards, and KPIs.

A keen bass player, his covers band is available for weddings, bat mitzvahs, and more for an embarrassingly reasonable fee.

Jo is our strategist and a sustainability specialist.

She’s spent over 15 years working on some of the world's biggest brands from HSBC to Nestle, UNICEF and GSK. She loves helping clients solve big problems with great ideas and has an arsenal full of creative and strategic problem-solving tools.

She's passionate about sustainability, working to foster climate literacy and create change inside and out of marketing. As founder of Wild Strategy, she helps clients integrate connection with the natural world into their marketing and brand strategy.

Jo’s also a born and bred Londoner and currently training to be a counsellor.
